This policy explains how Color Me Fun & Notes (the "app"), made by Smart Choice Tampa LLC ("we", "us"), handles information.

The short version: Color Me Fun & Notes does not collect any information about you or your child. There are no ads, no accounts, no subscriptions, no analytics and no tracking. Drawings stay on your iPad.

Information we collect

None. The app does not collect, store on our servers, share or sell any personal information. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools. In the App Store, the app is listed as Data Not Collected.

Drawings and pictures

Everything your child creates — drawings, notes, favorites, profiles and settings — is saved only on your iPad, inside the app. We never see it.

Camera and photos

If a grown-up chooses Add Your Own Page, the app asks for permission to use the camera or to pick a photo or file. The picture is used only to make a page inside the app and stays on your iPad. It is never uploaded to us.

Saving, sharing and printing

When you save a drawing to Photos, share it, print it, or make a backup, you choose where it goes using Apple's standard screens (for example your Photos library, Files or iCloud Drive). The app does not send it anywhere else.

Page pack downloads

Some coloring pages come in extra packs that download from Apple's servers, the same way apps download from the App Store. We do not receive any information about these downloads. Apple's handling of this data is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children's privacy

The app is made for children and families. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we do not collect personal information from children under 13. There are no links out of the app, no chat and no in-app advertising. Settings and the Grown-ups area are protected by a grown-up question.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
